Gerard Deulofeu is at a crossroads. Within 48 hours he will have to decide his future and decide whether or not to accept the Barcelona call.
Barcelona, in fact, wants to bring him back to Catalonia, where the 23 year old grew up in the youth sector. The Blaugrana have a 12 million EUR buy back clause that can be exercised until June 30. The will of Barca is clear: bring home Deulofeu. The player, however, is not convinced of the possibility of returning to the Blaugrana, and according to what Mundo Deportivo reported, he has already confided to several friends to refuse the Barcelona proposal.
Gazzetta dello Sport, in fact, revealed that the clause provides that, in case of repurchase, the Blaugrana club could not resell the player for a year. A condition that does not convince Deulofeu, knowing that in Catalonia he would be surrounded by the great abundance of quality strikers.
