Terms with the player have been agreed and he has already passed a medical, but frustrated at the release clause which was included in his contract when he arrived from Barcelona last summer, Malaga will not sign the release forms until his current contract has run its course.
That contract expires on July 3, when they will be powerless to delay the switch any further.
Everton will not be caught cold in the same way, with chairman Bill Kenwright refusing to include a release clause in Everton's negotiations for the player.
咁即係要等馬拉加份約到7月3日完結才能加盟愛隊。但標叔叔唔肯評論是否應球員要求加入買斷條款。:L

BILL叔叔個句唔係解球會唔想重蹈馬拉加覆轍，所以BILL叔叔係傾轉會個陣，拒絕將RELEASE CLAUSE放入CONTRACT。

其實所有轉會都係，包括迪路的回購條款，無就唔使煩
