Tyias Browning has scrapped plans for a proper summer holiday in a bid to force his way into Ronald Koeman’s first-team plans.
The Everton defender has endured a frustrating period in his fledgling career, having sustained a serious knee injury in December 2015.
He moved to Preston North End on loan in January, but again found himself sidelined after a minor setback, making just eight appearances for the Championship side.
But with the 23-year-old signing a new contract until 2019 six months ago, he will be hoping to establish himself under Koeman next season.
And after 18 months interrupted by injury, Browning is even willing to work hard ahead the beginning of pre-season, set for July 3.
傷左咁耐,坐板凳都坐到硬晒啦,希望佢今季表現大躍進啦,其實我地好多有潛質和有一定實力的年輕球員,但真係要有機會上場先可能有進步 |
