我都開始感覺到搵領隊搵咁耐其實係順便搵埋總監
咁如果有個好嘅總監喺買賣方面幫手，我又唔怕俾De Boer嚟試試

足球總監同領隊真係人夾人
當年修咸頓足球總監 同 Pochettino 共同進退, 足球總監頂唔順新班主而季中離職, Pochettino 都教完季尾唔做, 走左去熱刺如果2個唔夾, 就有排煩, 領隊又做得唔開心, 比埋D球員唔岩領隊用, 隨時影響成績
所以搵到一PAIR 過檔, 夾開夾熟, 就減少很多問題

The three-time Europa League-winning coach’s future is potentially impacted by sporting director Monchi’s expected departure.

Spanish publication Marca say that Atletico Madrid could become another possible destination for Emery given the recent uncertainty over Diego Simeone’s future following comments made by the Argentinian after his side’s penalty shoot-out defeat to neighbours, Real, in Saturday’s Champions League final.

Emery was brought to Sevilla by Monchi and his buy-out clause falls from eight million Euros (£6.14m) to 2 million Euros (£1.54m) on June 1, Canal Sur radio station have revealed.

The Echo understands that there is serious interest among Goodison officials in Emery replacing compatriot Roberto Martinez.

但我對manager和DoF都同時係西班牙人會有保留，就怕眼光會狹窄左，希望會係兩個不同國家的人，而且DoF最好曾經係不同聯賽打滾過，眼界闊d，也會知道不同國家球員優劣，也可能有不同的人際關係，方便買賣球員。Monchi只係係西維爾打過，也無乜成就，總覺得佢集中係西班牙語系的球員做得好，不等於係英語系的國家的聯賽做得好。
