Everton are reportedly split over a move for Manchester United's Wayne Rooney. The Mirror claim that whilst Everton chairman Bill Kenwright and manager Ronald Koeman are both keen to bring Rooney back to the club where he started his career, the advisers to major investor Farhad Moshiri aren't quite so enamoured.
