呢條友做教練都係5-6年經驗，重要只係教過一隊阿積士咁大把，做球員佢羅過大把榮譽，做教練佢係國際上，4大聯賽都未收穫過任何榮譽，根本未夠班

現時愛華頓來緊要大換血，而且眾將軍心已亂，信心盡失，士氣低下，正需要一個熟悉愛華頓精神，熟悉球隊球員的領隊去撥亂反正，部份球員我覺得係比馬仔用廢了，唔係本身無能力，根本係打緊唔適合的陣型和位置。
